Overview

DreamscapeAI provides an embeddable exterior project visualization widget for landscaping businesses. This policy explains what information may be processed when a contractor uses DreamscapeAI or when a homeowner interacts with the widget on a contractor website.

Information We Process

• Property photos uploaded by homeowners for concept visualization.
• Project selections, style selections, and homeowner-provided project notes.
• Quote request details including name, phone, property address, optional email, and optional notes.
• Contractor setup information such as partner ID and Jobber connection status.
• OAuth tokens for connected Jobber accounts, stored server-side only.

How Information Is Used

Uploaded photos and project instructions are used to generate exterior concept renderings. Quote details are used to send the customer's request to the connected contractor. Referral IDs are used for attribution and future reconciliation.

Jobber Integration

If a contractor connects Jobber, DreamscapeAI uses OAuth tokens to send quote request information into that contractor's Jobber account. Tokens are not exposed in browser code. Contractors can disconnect or rotate access through their Jobber account controls.

Data Minimization

DreamscapeAI is designed to store minimal local attribution data. The product app stores referral ID, partner ID, creation date, project type, hashed property address, Jobber object ID, and Jobber status. Unnecessary customer data should not be stored locally.
